I have been going to this Brake Masters for several years since I purchased their "lifetime brake" program. Their brakes do not last. I have been driving this same car since 2008 and never needed brakes until over 70,000 miles. Once I purchased their brakes there was always something going wrong with the brakes. I have paid them 89.95 each time to turn my rotors over and over again. I asked them why they needed to be turned every three months or so, seems weird. They shrugged their shoulders and said they were not sure. I finally got sick of getting ripped off every few months so I went to another Brake Masters. They also thought it was weird that my rotors had to be turned so often. Then they told me that they get a lot of complaints about this particular shop. That was enough for me. I will never, ever go there again.
Screwing your customers is just plain stupid. People finally catch on as I see from other reviews posted here.
