I walked into get a quote for several items but it seemed that every customer service person wasn't interested in helping me, I tried to get the attention of an associate named Mercedes but she seemed far more interested in her phone. when I did get her attentions she only had rude stares and a harsh tones to offer me. I walked around some more with no help in sight. My last stop in the store was near the towels. I wandered a bit and was asked by a young women by the name of Stephanie if I needed help, I said yes and told of my experience so far. She apologized for the short comings and offered to help me. She informed me of the different brands available and suggested what might best suit my needs, so the visit wasn't a complete wash ,but most of the employees need repremendation.
