Well for starters I'm sure there quality of work is great , I mean after all I looked at the pictures before I chose this location. Upon arrival there was only one other customer and seemed to be coming close to leaving. Three of us and only one of us got anything done. Before i say anything im all for building repor and buolding a good relationships with customers but apparently ms cindys one customer was too important then the other paying customers. Around 7pm she came and asked us both which one is doing mani like are you serious? &then she decides to make a personal call , no they weren't under staffed two technicians and only I was getting a pedi but this was by far the worst nail place I've been too and I don't have high expectations when it comes to nail salons after all they mostly all of Oriental decent and speak in a different languade the whole time on the other hand the other technician was nice and did my cousins mani and pedi. Will I return probably not why because when we said no its okay to the mani and pedi we came for, you just dismissed us and didn't say I'm sorry for the wait or acted like you wanted our business so I wish I could put no stars but can't do that now can I. And yes I had the decency to post it after I left although I wrote this as soon as ms cindy blew us off. I hope that one customer gives you a raving review bc mine isn't good
