this place was so helpful, and gottlieb was a life saver!!!!!
we had purchased 2 very expensive pendent lights, and 4 ceiling fans from lamps plus, one fan wobbled, and a 450.00 pendent light came crashing down from the ceiling onto our granite countertop durning the middle of the night.( the fixture was defective). lamps plus didn't care.... we had to fight with them to get our money back on the fan, and they would not do anything about the the light.
we called and spoke to gottlieb who was super helpful, in getting us a replacement from the light manufactuer. upon arrival of the new light we noticed it was different, the manufactuer upgraded the wiring and bulb socket. ugh!!! gottlieb got ahold of them and they are sending us the wiring kit for free so everything matches. thank you gottlieb for being able to fix what lamps plus would not.
