I really like this place. I think the prices are lower than strawberry fields, and their tofu is wonderful and cheap (a big block for less thank $2!! Yay me, Lucky day!!) everyday. I like the random deals they have on certain items, because this place is pretty pricey (out of my league) for the average college student.
And spices/herbs/flours/rices/others self-serve portion option is a Win-Win in my book; not only can I save money when making a one-time only food item that needs a random spice (that I know I will never use again), but...I can save money (ja pengar; which is always a plus). Idk, I just really like this place.
One negative (besides the somewhat high prices), was this one time when I bought salsa (uber garlicky) and Asian baked tofu (salty) all in the same day (usually their cooked stuff is good; like their hummus. but this time was an exception).
