Rich is AMAZING. I wish I could clone him, and train the clones to work in multiple industries so he could be my cashier at Vons, my Customer Service rep at Cox, my attorney, my accountant, and anything else! I have Cerebral Palsy on my left side, and after 36 years of compensating for that, my right side was hurting a LOT! I booked a last minute appointment, and I'm SO glad I did, but not just because I feel better!
Rich is extremely knowledgeable. He doesn't just guess what may benefit you, but he'll weigh pros and cons and keep you informed. Also, he is HILARIOUS, and that can be difficult to find in medicine. I legitimately look forward to going to his office after work because I know I'm going to leave smiling. Excel's office hours go later than 5PM, which is INCREDIBLY convenient and very much appreciated. Additionally (and this is subject to change of course), his practice only charges you one copay a WEEK, even if you go all four days they're open. I've never been to a medical professional who hasn't charged me for each visit, and we've all had to pay for those mandatory appointments that left us asking, "So...what was the point of coming here?" That screams integrity to me!
