worthless law firm. I have legal shield which is also worthless. every time I have requested to speak with a lawyer they are extremely short with their responses and give me the most effortless responses (for them) possible. Every piece of advice I've received was of absolutely no help in any capacity. It may just be because I was requesting this info through my prepaid legal service so they just don't care. Either way, my personal opinion, find another law firm that try's to do what's best for you, not what's the most time efficient for them.
