First, let me say that the actual TV service is not bad. My review is based off of the customer service received by Dish. I have had to call on numerous occasions and have been given nothing but a run around. They seem to enjoy playing games with their customers. I have heard many times from them that I'm calling the wrong number and then when I call the number they give me, that person then directs me to call the original number that I called. When I signed up with dish I was promised a 50 dollar gift card. Let me warn you. ..you will never receive the gift card. It took 4 months to receive the form to fill out to get the card. They require a 2.95 cent money order to be sent to receive the card. I followed all of the instructions and multiple weeks later received a response that the offer has expired and they returned my money order to me. It has been a nightmare dealing with Dish to say the least.
