Poor service. i will not be booking with them again. 1. The flight attendant was very rude and snapping at people as they boarded the plane saying they shouldn't have entered those doors (everyone was instructed to go choose and entrance -front or back of the plane- to board) 2. After our flight was delayed and we were stuck on the plane for 4 extra hours (our flight was supposed to be only 4 hours, but we were stuck on the plane for 8 hours). I understand it had something to do with rescanning everyone's luggage which was the fault of the Airport in the Dominican but the issue was what Air Transat did (or did not do) for us. They hardly provided updates as to what was going on. People were getting antsy and hungry. They got sandwiches for everyone from the airport (ham and cheese option only) and when people asked for vegetarian they refused. What they failed to understand or acknowledge is that not everyone eats ham (especially due to religious reasons). What was worse was they said it was the only option and quite a few people did not eat the sandwiches as they couldn't. Two hours into the flight they started SELLING food where they could have easily offered those options (for free) to the people who weren't able to have the ham and cheese option that was forced onto them. The flight attendant was very rude and snapping at people as they boarded the plane saying they shouldn't have entered those doors (everyone was instructed to go choose and entrance -front or back of the plane- to board) Will never book through this airline and recommend you choose another.
