Love this new yoga studio. I've been doing yoga for about a year at my gym as well as other classes such as Zumba etc. I've never been to a yoga studio before and debated on trying this studio out. It's kind of a drive from my home but a yoga instructor at my gym said that the classes were awesome and the studio was great. I found a groupon for 10 or 20 classes. I purchased the 10 classes because I basically wanted to fill in those gym days when I don't have a class at my other gym. I also wanted to try them out. So far I've enjoyed Traditional Vinyasa and love set (hot) I loved the traditional class and the love set was my first experience with a heated yoga class. I felt like I was going to die, my skin flushed and my eyes burned sweat, plus was afraid I was going to throw up. So maybe I was not completely ready or prepared for the adventure of hot/heated yoga but I am an adventurous individual and so willing to give my body a new experience. I was given the option of turning my groupon to an unlimited month for $9 more, which in hindsight is a really awesome offer. However, my work schedule,as well as my days at the other gym I go to, as well as making the time to drive down to this studio which is a little bit further down from where I live. I might consider later on purchasing a monthly membership or maybe the five day class pass. Right now I want to explore this new offering in the Henderson area.
