Contrary to customer service at other Bays, a.k.a. Hudson's Bay, I found this particular location to be quite attentive and nice. Sales staff weren't hiding from customers.
I stopped by here 'cause I was in the area and remembered that a friend told me that she got her boots on sale here, so I thought that I'd check out the selection. They were having an additional 60% off ON TOP of up-to already 60% off, so I thought that was pretty amazing! I found the boots that I was looking for and even though they weren't the best quality, re: not real leather, the price was right.
There wasn't staff around when I got to the register, but when saleslady saw me standing there, she was quite apologetic. I came with one boot and she offered to fetch the other one. She was very nice.
Store/mall itself was quite dead. And the set up at this Bay was quite sad. Their fragrance counters weren't as nice as Square One and their MAC counter looked temporary.
