So my review isn't based on service because I didn't get any!
My husband and I are in the process of selling our home and have yet to find a new property. I had received a flier for Metro Moves in the mail with 10% off. I usually trash this type of junk but decided to read it. Not only do they offer moving services but storage services too! So I decided to get a quote.
I went to the website and filled out all of the information wanting a free estimate. That was 4 days ago. No call, no return email, nothing.
Now I live in a 4000sq ft, 5 bedroom home. They could have made a substantial amount of money from us but never even bothered. And most of the worst part of the job is almost complete. Most packing has been done, basically just needed the furniture moved and stored.
Oh well. It saved me lots of money, for that thank you Metro Movers!
