Modern day CONMAN equivalent to a Bernie Madoff. Jason is supposedly an 'investment specialist'...Unfortunately, I believed all of his advertising and purchased a 'fix and flip' property through him and his team. Jason told me that it would sell at a high price - that NEVER happened! Doing business with him DRAINED MY ENTIRE RETIREMENT SAVINGS! While he had my house listed - he put the lockbox behind a locked security door for 30 DAYS! When I called him out on it...the reply was: "We have had a lot of our security boxes stolen lately, so we need to keep them locked up." With that being said, how are other realtors supposed to show the house?!? Icing on the cake: he and his team ENJOY FORGING YOUR SIGNATURE to whatever documents they want to. You will never find out because it is all done through DocuSign. IF you do find out - they will say that you verbally agreed to have them sign for you. Dishonest dealings. Jason is out to make money for ONE PERSON - HIMSELF!!
