I've been eating Flo's for some time now but this was my first dine in experience. Server was friendly knowledgeable and attentive. Happy hour was a steal, I had a 22oz Tsing Tao for $3. I had the Seafood Sizzling Rice Guo Ba which was delightful. I would recommend doing your research before you go because the layout of the menu is rather sporadic. They have plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options that are clearly marked on the menu. My dish came with huge pieces of shrimp and scallops and I think was fairly priced based on what you get. Atmosphere was pleasant and I believe the owner even stopped by to say hello. Food and service time was great. Only complaints I have are the water could taste less "tappy" and the menu could be more organized. 5/5 a great experience every time.
