Why is al walmart so bad with customer service. I feel like there should be a way to get this place an upgrade with eh way they treat people. Came in here and looking for an item when I asked a rep to look for it, I got slammed by - " no we don't have it" when asked if he can search other walmart nearby if they have it , he just said- no we don't have that ability.
Then I asked for a manager, the guy retracted what he said immediately and tries to find the item right away. What a crazy place. But when the manager came the other rep tries to Play dumb. There should be some kind of screening for this place. I hope they are not being paid more than the min rate, if not then walmart is being rip off by this lazy employees.
Hopefully they get their CEO shine a light on the issue of customer service. It's just horrendous.
