If I could give this company less stars I would. My warranty program referred me to them. Scheduled appointment three different times and on the third time when they didn't show up during the FOUR hour window I called them and the receptionist said she called me yesterday and left a voicemail telling me they needed to reschedule for later in the day. Never once received a phone call or voicemail. My phone isn't acting funny, I am receiving calls and voicemails just fine. Annoyed they had to come up with a lie because they can't run their business effectively. I called warranty company and changed out plumbing referral. I will never use this company.
