Liz is such a motivating, friendly, & knowledgeable trainer . I've been training with her for a year and a half now and have seen my endurance and strength grow. She is so good at adjusting workouts to individual levels and knows what we're capable of even when we're unsure of ourselves. I truly appreciate our sessions as each one goes so fast with our conversations. Her meal prep and healthy food orders are delicious as well.
