Saw great Yelp reviews and decided to try. I admit that being a chef I am easily pleased by effort. We ordered tapas style. Sampling different stuff.
The waitress was merely an order taker and recommended everything on the menu..... So we ordered Malaysian Roti along with deep fried egg rolls. We told her that we were sampling and wanted to stay away from deep fried. The Malaysian Roti we ordered was deep fried , dripping with oil not even close to the recipe of Malaysian Roti.A Shocker.
I suggested that the chef put on menu that it is a deep fried dish. The waitress smiled but did not like my suggestion and never came back.
Food: Average at best. I have had much much better.
Service: Poor.
Having said that, I think David's heart is at the right place. A few little changes and things would be better. Cheers and am rooting for you.
