I would have never thought I would be writing a negative comment. I use to get my hair done by Gabrielle for the past couple of years. I always loved getting my hair done by her. Even before this situation that occurred Gabrielle has always had a problem with time management. I have always been understanding with her when pushing back an appointment. For example if I was scheduled and went to her shop she would let me know while she was doing another person's hair that it would be a few more minutes, but in reality it would actually take her an additional 30-60 minutes. or she would text me prior to my appointment that she needed to push it back 30 minutes, but I would still have to wait past my schedule appointment when I got there. So this past Wednesday 12/20/17 I had an appointment with her at 7:30pm, but she texted an hour before my appointment to tell me she had an emergency. I was still understanding with her situation. We rescheduled the appointment for the next day for 12:30pm. The next day she text me letting me know she had to move it to 1pm. I said okay thats fine. Then 10 minutes before my appointment while less than 10 minutes away from her shop she texts me saying she is an hour and 45 min behind. She apologizes and says she thought she would be able to take everyone. Still being patient I said okay and asked her would it be closer to 2pm and never got a response back from her. I waited and gave her an hour and 45 minutes since she texted me and went to her shop at 2:30pm thinking she was finished with her last client. She opens her door and apologizes saying I thought I could take everyone and I told you I would call you and let you know when I can take you (which she never did). She mentioned she was still working on her client and that it was an all day process and asked me if I wanted to see where she was at. I said sure. So she showed me where she was at and she told me she would let me know when she was done. I waited for over 4 hours to hear from her and I texted and called her to see if she was ready. At 6:43pm I was so shocked by her text message because she had the audacity to text me saying that I came off aggressively and made her client, stylist, and her feel very uncomfortable today with my approach and unfortunately you will have to let another stylist take care of you (especially to a loyal customer). She has a pattern of being very unprofessional, unorganized, not respecting her clients time, and talking mess about her clients to others.
