The website says The Nailspa is a hidden gem and I couldn't agree more! I am new to the city on Pittsburgh and desperately needed my nails freshened. I was very impressed by the website and when I called I was able to get an appointment same day. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted as I walked in by the front desk staff member. She instructed me to pick out my polish and even helped me find a color I was looking for. Then she had me take a seat on the couch and told me it would be about 5 minutes, which, that's really all it was. ( I love when there is good communication in a spa.) The salon was exactly what I had expected from the website; very clean, crisp, stylish and relaxing. Then, BB told me to come back and my service began. BB is the owner and really knows what she is doing as far as business and nails. She is very kind and fun to talk to and I love my gel manicure. I loved everything about this place that I am going back for a pedicure next week and already scheduled my next manicure. I would highly recommend this spa to everyone especially if you have high standards. Thanks so much ladies for a wonderful experience and beautiful nails!
