Awesome is overused; however, in this case, it's wholly true. I'm only rating the food here... which totally deserves 5 stars (the location is a bit of a dive, but the food TOTALLY made up for that!) I had the double-meat Bulgogi plate with beef and chicken, no rice and steamed veggies, and it was absolutely perfect for the slow-carb lifestyle I'm leading. Both the beef and chicken Bulgogi were perfectly cooked (i.e.: not dry and nasty), moist and tender and FULL of awesome flavor. The veggies were also perfectly al dente (not mush/not raw), tasting deliciously fresh and with just enough crunch to satisfy. My friend had the Bulgogi beef burrito... and damn that was more than a little epic! Bulgogi stuffed inside a flour tortilla, with rice and cheese, and then topped with salsa... Damn fine! There was a selection of Korean and Mexican sauces and salsas to choose from, each of them wonderful; not too spicy, but with enough of a zip to your your attention. All full-bodied in their flavor, and did not disappoint I highly recommend this establishment, for comfort food as well as for low-carb lifestylers .
