I have to watch my sodium intake so I order steak at chipotle to be made without salt. I fully understand that it takes awhile to make so I ordered 20 minutes ahead and set the pick-up time for 4pm. I get there at 4 and they didn't even start my order yet and it wasn't even busy. They start prepping my order and I watched a guy read my order and scoop in regular steak from their bins. They said my order was ready and I mentioned that I watched them put in regular steak. The lady said "OH YEAAAH....well that'll probably be longer"... seriously? I'm well aware of that which is why I ordered AHEAD. Now it's 20 minutes after 4 and I'm still standing here waiting for my food. This is the worst experience ever and I won't be coming back.
