When we first bought our home, a Kinetico whole house water softener was in place. We weren't sure how long it had been with the house but it still worked great.
Recently it was acting up so we stopped in to inquire about service. The customer service was great. She was able to look up when our system was installed. Little did we know the system has a 10 year warranty even with new owners. Parts were all covered if need be. That was comforting so we made the appointment for service.
The service man showed up right on time. He was courteous, professional and worked in a timely manner. He was able to get our system back up and running like a champ.
I realize the Kinetico Water System is a little more pricey but I think they are well worth it.
