The staff here are rude and unprofessional. I always make an appointment but when I arrive I still need to wait at least twenty minutes. Regardless of this I continued to go here because of the SNS until one employee injured my foot during a pedicure. She tried to continue with the service as if nothing happened despite my foot bleeding right in front of her face. I had to demand that she stop and get some sort of bandaid. I got out of that place as soon as I could. The owner and her were completely unprofessional and really didn't even seem to care about this incident. This happened a few months ago and I still have a scar on my foot. I hope nobody else ever had to experience what I went through there. The injury hurt for days and their lack of basic first aid knowledge and complete disregard for my well being was shocking
