Horrible! Was relocating from out of state. Was promised an apartment would be ready for me. They said it would be freshly painted and have new carpet. This carpet hadn't even been vacuumed let alone cleaned or replaced! Paint on the walls was touched up in various spots with a color that didn't match. It looked as though the previous tenant just moved out. The windows and sliding glass door were difficult to open. The blinds on the windows were very old and inoperable. Throughout the complex there are window screens that are broken and/or hanging off of windows. Also, sketchy looking characters milling about....Horrible!
