* Price: $$$, $ 150 for 2 with one appetizer, 2 entrée and soft drinks! However, you kinda expect this in Las Vegas and especially it is Iron chef's restaurant! 3+ star. * Ambiance: modern, beautiful restaurant, casual (somewhat)... no tank top and baseball hats for men but you can come in with short, flip flops and collar shirt. 4 star. * Location: Cesar Palace by the casino and resort. Convenient if you stay at Cesar Palace. 4 star. * Meals: flavorful, quality, rich and savory! Not many choice for vegetarians though. 4 + star. * Service: excellent! Constantly serving waters, drinks. Orders and food coming out at constant pace! Best service by far! 5 star. This is averaged to 4 1/2 star... extra 1/2 star for their excellent service and accommodating! You gotta try thus place once when you are in Las Vegad! Is it the best food I'd ever had ... not really! But dining at one of the best iron chef... it is an experience itself! We came here for 4th of July dinner while staying at Cesar Palace. RSVP via OpenTable since we could not get through the phone. The bar is beautiful. Our servers are friendly and attentive. They work as a team... so when our server was busy, other servers came to fill up drinks, clear the table, bring our food out! Best service by far! We had Sophie 's chopped salad, honey glazed salmon and rib eyed steak. The chopped salad is fresh with diced roman salads, cheese cubes, peas... A but busy! The salmon is cooked perfect with a bit of salsa on top to give some tangy and spicy taste! Rib eyed steak is perfectly cooked, very tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned... what you would expect from Iron Chef! For side dishes, we had saute spinach and corn. Everything is savory and perfectly cooked! Overall, it is a great experience... worth to try it once...!
