Service - As a new customer, I'm VERY disappointed with the level of service. Our panels haven't even been activated yet, and we're experiencing electrical faults (Lights flickering, no power to the washing machine, etc...). Not only is this annoying, it's dangerous and potentially harmful to the equipment. When it was first reported, the representative told us to "push the circuit breakers back into the panel". Although this is dangerous, we tried it - it didn't do anything. The next call (on Tuesday) we were told they would get back to us in 48 hours. This morning (Saturday) we still haven't heard back from them. We put in a "help desk" ticket, and called again. I also called and was told that the representative could only leave a voicemail with the service manager. She promised to call me back with a status in a couple hours. In the mean time, I've got a washing machine full of dirty, wet clothes, and my lights and ceiling fans aren't working. Since the system hasn't even been activated yet, it hasn't saved me a dime. My next call to Solar city will be to tell them to remove their junk from my house. I may also contact Channel 8 news to let them know how I feel as well. Oh - I'm also going to post this on Yelp and Facebook....
