My husband and I moved here about a month ago and I absolutely love our apartment. We are in the B1 (smaller 2 bedroom) floorplan on the ground floor. The floor plan is great! Nice open living/dining, lots of natural light, amazing Roman bathtub in master, open kitchen with tons of storage (I have a ton of kitchen stuff and I still have an empty space here)... it's perfect! Our carport is right outside our front door and we were even able to get a garage right across the way (only $50 extra).
You can walk to Albertsons, Chinese food, pizza and much more. Super convenient location close to the 202 and 60. Yet it's tucked away in the privacy of the Augusta Ranch community (their hoa security also patrols this complex) so it's quiet and really homey.
I will say it's difficult to get a hold of the office staff by phone, but anytime we walk in we are immediately greeted with a smile and taken care of. Cheri and Maggie have both been great helps!
We had a few things that needed fixed (tub stoppers leaked and a light bulb was wonky) so I put in a maintenance request online one night. By the time I got home the next day all was fixed - quick quick quick!!
Overall I love this complex (and I have lived in 3 other apartment complexs) & hope to stay here for quite awhile! Would highly recommend this to anyone looking in this area.
