Warning: Do Not Take Your Target Shopping Cart Outside of the Store. I was here to pick up some stuff online. I guess this aerea is a bad neighborhood. The cart has a remote locked up device to stop your cart from moving. My cart was made inoperable n locked by a guy behind me (security guy) from taking the cart to my car when i parked at the Target parking lot just 100 ft away from the front door. I was surprised. I then take my stuff out and walk to my car. I saw one guy pushing another cart at the far end of the parking lot and nothing happened to his Target cart and he is black. I am Asian, so is that racist? How come the security guard is selective on his intension to stop me using his remote control Target cart stopper? No. May be I guess what happenned was the black guys Target cart's rolling remote small battery was "dead". Discrimination, you decide? Uhhhaaa.
