First time at this location. We actually came in 20 minutes before the appointment to fill out the paperwork and still didn't actually get called back till 28 minutes (yes I used a timer) after the appointment time. The optometrist was rushing my wife during the exam and was not friendly at all. The feeling was a bit like they just wanted to get it done and didn't really care about the accuracy of the exam and cared more about selling us year supplies of contacts. If we ever go to a LensCrafters again, and that is a big IF, it sure won't be this one. The people dealing with the glasses were very friendly and helpful. The only real positive to this experience
