We bought a coupon from Groupon for an alignment. After we dropped off the car, they called us (as all shops do) and told us we needed additional parts. If we didn't replace the parts, the alignment would only last a month. We told them go ahead. When we picked up the car, they did not tell us they made the alignment worse. When we went back, they claimed they did "the best they could". Our tire literally fell off the axle on the way home after they worked on it, and they refuse to be held accountable, yet they had no issue taking the money.
