I've been here twice. My first experience was great. I had a Mani/Pedi with Linda. She did an awesome job. I went back last week, I think it was Tuesday and did not have the best experience.I got another Mani/Pedi. The nail technician did a good job. I think she's one of the owners. When my pedicure was done, I asked if I could pay. She told me to sit a while and pay later. She left to do a manicure on another client but had not given me the pedi flip flops yet. I waited 5 minutes and finally walked up to the front to pay, hoping to get my flip flops and leave. I stood next to the register for a few minutes waiting to pay. The owner was right there doing a manicure. Instead of asking me to wait a minute or asking someone else to help me, he ignored me for about 2 minutes then starting yelling at me because I didn't have slippers. Rude and inappropriate. Someone finally rang me up but she didn't know how to add a tip to the credit card bill. With so many nail salons to choose from with far better customer service, I will not be back.
