This place is terrible. They don't keep you informed at all on what's going on in the community. While living there I had several neighbors move due to almost routine break-ins. Us living literally across the hall were not made aware of what was going on. Once we heard of this news we decided to flee. Keep in mind we left in early March.
Speed up to today in which I was just told that, without any form of notice, that I have to deal with collections. Upon leaving in March, I had given them every means of contacting me and even went out of the way to contact them after a couple weeks. I was told that they "DIDN'T HAVE ANY" amount of money owed and that I should be good. So I had to once again call them about this almost full 7 months expired account. And the lady that answered the took no accountability towards why I had to find this out through a collection agency.
So my advice if you're looking for an apartment in that part of Las Vegas is don't even consider this one. But I'm sure that their ratings and these comments already told you that.
