We have lived here for a year and just extended our lease. The property is phenomenal and the location is unbeatable. You can take an uber pretty much everywhere, restaurant, nightlife, etc. You do not get the downtown student party vibe nor the Scottsdale snobby vibed here. It is a great mix of young professionals, professionals in general and some snow birds. Everyone seems pleasant and greets people walking around. No loud or obnoxious people issues.
You get what you pay for, the rent is above your standard apartment but that is because the service, amenities, location is fantastic and you expect a higher level of service for the price, which you get.
As far as the office team, Paul and his team are great! They are very accommodating, pleasant to deal with and willing to help. I've never walked into the office and was not greeted or treated poorly. Paul runs a great team. Also, the maintenance staff is great! There has not been a situation where they didn't respond as soon as possible and their attitude is always great.
I truly waited some time to write a review, to evaluate all other comments, but honestly dont have one bad thing to say.
