It was good until it was time to move. They took away portions of my deposit with no real explaintion. I was charged 200 for cleaning when I didnt realize profesional cleaning service is required ontop of the profesional carpet cleaning. Why even bother with the checklist? The house was spotlist when I left! They ignored my calls and email request. They sent me 3 pictures that were not clear and with no date stamp on it 3 weeks after my initial request. 3 Pictures for a 1700sf 3 bedroom house. Its $200. Not worth going to court about. If you decide to ignore the warnings and move forward with them Take a million pictures of every square foot of that house when you move out. Other than that just subtract $200 from your deposit for cleaning. They lost all credibility with me and I found them to be unprofessional in the end.
