First experience visiting an apple store because I had to get my battery replaced on my phone. It took 3 trips to get this issue resolved. The first time was a 40min wait just to run a diagnostic test on the phone. The second visit took about 20mins to turn in my phone to get the battery replaced which then I was told I would have to come back in 3.5hrs for it to be ready. I think this process is a little excessive. But the worst part of the experience was that I had my battery replaced due to quick battery loss and when I came to pick up my phone when they were done with it they handed me my phone back with a battery life of 25%. WTF. Can't you at least fully charge my phone for me when it's ready????
