Phenomenal experience!
Walked in & was greeted by Taylor, a personable professional gentleman. I needed 4 tires for my '08 SRX. My nearly 3 yr old tires did not come close to the 5 yr 50,000 mile warranty but the (won't name any names) tire store would only give me 1 free tire if I purchased 3 which is the deal they are currently offering on their commercials.
Tire Works price including alignment was lower than every other tire store in the valley. Tires were ordered & arrived in under 30 minutes.
Had a bent rim (very minor) & that wheel was automatically put on rear of car. They didn't try to sell me a new rim as the bend was very minor.
In & out in under 90 minutes from the time they began working.
Every employee was professional courteous knowledgeable & obviously enjoying their work. All happy attitudes & smiles.
Will be bringing my car here for any work they can perform (oil changes, brakes, etc).
