I took my car here back in February and Tony the Manager was great. He was very knowledgeable , he told me what was wrong with my car, and stayed within the repair budget I advised him including an oil change and the issue. My car wouldn't start in CHINA town at 3AM, and I towed it to the nearest PEP BOYS. PEP BOYS called me literally 5 minutes after leaving the shop and advising me it was the starter. My car is still rolling with no problems ( June 27)and I like the fact that pep boys only charges $35 for trouble shooting also I love the fact that PEP BOYS rewards members can get a $19.99 tow added to their service bill. I have Triple A, but this added feature is inexpensive and great! The prices are reasonable and it's convenient that all PEP BOYS are 7 days a week They normally can get you up and running in 24 hours which they did for me!! I love PEP BOYS especially this one, and I will always use them as I have all my life. (I've had bad experiences with shade tree mechanics, dealerships and other auto repair shops) Not with PEP BOYS!!!!!
