DO NOT USE THIS TITLE AGENCY unless you want the endless headaches we have experienced. They simply have not been on top of things, and have made little effort to get our property to close on time. To top it off, they then urged us to come to Phoenix to sign the papers (we are from out of state) because it would close the next day. Of course it didn't, and we are stuck staying in a hotel, paying a lot of money, rather than being in our new house, for an unknown length of time. Every realtor we talk to says they would NEVER voluntarily use this company. We were forced to because they are the only title company contracted with by HUD. If you have a choice, avoid these folks!
