I LOVED this place. We had the suite assistant at our hotel make us a reservation a few hours prior to arrival and when we showed up at Brand, we didn't have to wait more than 10 seconds to be seated. The decor is awesome, very dark and high end. Our waitress was amazing. She was full of great recommendations, she was fast and she was friendly. My boyfriend started with a bowl of tomato soup which was phenomenal and came with the most amazing little grilled cheese we've ever had. Our main courses were a filet and loaded potatoes for him and prime rib and grilled asparagus for me. He loved his filet but didn't touch the potatoes because he was so full. My prime rib was the best I've ever had but the portion was huge, so be aware.The meat itself was incredibly flavorful. The asparagus was crisp and lemony, with the perfect amount of salt. All in all, a fantastic meal. I will be back next time we're in Vegas for sure.
