I chose this company because Mike Richards said he could do 1/16th inch grout with the tiles we picked. His estimate was $2,500 more than the other guy who said he could only do 1/8th inch grout.
On day one of the job Mike announced that he could not do 1/16th grout! The other company was not available so I had no choice unless I waited for 4 weeks which I could not do! I asked Mike for a discount and he did a small wall in the guest bath for free which amounted to about $300. He was quite rude and defensive.
I honestly feel we were mislead. I'm posting this just in case someone else has a similar experience.
