My original issue was fixed. I have to say this Firestone has the best customer service I have seen at any auto care place. They are friendly, helpful, and will not try to pressure you into buying anything extra. They will give you recommendations as needed, but they don't make you feel pushed to add services. The wait times can be long, even with an appointment, but that is to be expected. The pricing is generally good and fair, and they will try to help you find coupons in their system whenever possible.
