This is the most unprofessional company I have ever been done business with or tried to do business with! I got them through a Groupon and believe me am lodging a complaint and getting my money back. They were supposed to come between 2-4. I called them at 2:45 to confirm what time they would be there. The guy on the phone says let me check and he says 5. I said that is not okay as it was supposed to be 2-4. He says too bad they are running late and do I want to reschedule. I told him no as I had plans and had emptied my living room for him to do the carpet. He said we will be late and we told you 2-6. I said no you did not as I made specific plans for after they had left and had written the time down. He said what do you want me to do lady and I said come on time. He said you know what you call someone else as we are not going to come. I said I had already paid and my living room was empty and he said too bad. I said I was going to complain to the BBB and every website I could think of and he said he didn't care. He said he was not going to redeem the coupon and I could just call someone else and then he hung up on me. So, just so you know, I believe this is the first bad review I have ever written on a company. I do not have many complaints and am not high maintenance. There was never a I'm sorry we are going to be late and how can I make this better, it was too bad we are running late and you can just cancel and then hung up. So buyer beware! They are jerks and very unprofessional!
