We went in one night and place wasn't even half full, yet they were keeping people waiting in the lobby. We asked why, as there were tons of available tables. The hostess said they were waiting on a party of 11 to show. So, what does that have to do with us? Why keep everyone waiting because of another group of people? We felt that was ride and unnecessary. My husband mentioned so and we were about to leave when they seated us.
After that, service was great by our waitress.
Still, their food seems to have declined recently.
