Went in and purchased a mattress, sofa, love seat, headboard. I paid cash in full for all items. Jim the salesman was very attentive but after we paid cash money all communicates stopped as far as delivery dates and times, he promised to call and never did, I had to iniate the calls. The furniture was delivered the headboard I did not like so sent it back, ordered another one Jim said would be in on a Friday and he would call me with a delivery time " I promise" well he didn't so I called spoke to Eddie who informed me they were on back order and would get on Dec 2 and Jim would call me, guess again no call so I called Jim he stated " oh they are not avail til end of Jan. 2016. After numerous calls and no follow up I cancelled the order you can not run a business and promise customers things and don't follow through. I have discouraged at least 3 ppl not to go their and they didn't after I told them how Jim lied I
Will not ever shop there again. I spent to much money to be ignored and lied to. BTW it was the Twinsburg store
