STILL A PIG.... I lived at Arcadia Walk for 3 years and got out of there 6 months ago. First, there's no security gate to prevent unwanted visitors from coming in off the busy street. A guy with a knife was able to jump into my neighbor's patio, my car was stolen from the complex by gang members, and I'd wake up all the time to homeless people digging through the dumpsters. Second, it's Section 3 housing, which means the people they rent to (not all renters, but most) are low income or down on their luck. Tragically, I've witnessed 1 suicide and 1 overdose happen here. Thirdly, the office management changes constantly and gives out misinformation. I signed a year lease after being told there was no early termination fee, but had to pay $1,100 after debt collectors starting calling me at work! I had no idea as the office never once attempted to call me. For your own safety and peace of mind, please do not rent here. Slapping a new coat of paint on the complex and updating the sign does not change the fact that Arcadia Walk is STILL A PIG.
