I can give them one star due to no waiting and great store appearance I had a horrible interaction with one of their service providers by the name of Eddie!!! He was extremely rude when I was trying to get clarification he was interjection in my phone conversation that I was having with my mother he was extremely hostile intone and demeanor. I was there to purchase a new phone for my son for his graduation present. I do not know if that that that I'm African-American women and him being a white male had anything to do with it but I do know I will not participate with hostile employees. I chose to remove myself from the situation not purchase from that store in file a corporate complaint.
