I scheduled my second deep cleaning cleaning with Rhino's maids and a different pair of ladies came by. I was given a quote for 3 hours but we had to extend to 4 hours again for a total of $180 (3 bedroom house, about 1500sqft). A little pricey but not bad for a deep thorough clean every 2 months, I think.
Again, the maids worked like crazy for the entire 4 hours. They are no joke! I stayed out of their way and did laundry but there was little conversation or dilly-dallying, they were just going HAM cleaning the whole house. When they left I felt like Maria in the sound of music, twirling around in my sparkly new home.
There was some confusion on pricing and I called the office but no one picked up. Since then they have called me back twice to check up on the missed call. I thought that was great service, and they explained what happened. The office was very personable and making an appointment was a breeze. I just wish I can afford to have them come by more often!
Tip: I have since had a monthly recurring service with Rhinos maids and have been happy every time. The only issue I would look out for is payment. The quote seem to change month to month (sometimes higher, sometimes lower) so I always check with the maids when they are done, and pay (and tip) in cash. A couple times I wanted to pay by card and called the office, but since I scheduled my cleaning way early in the morning, no one picked up. This has happened a couple times. So keep some cash with you just in case.
