Always worth a lunchtime visit when in Whitby. The fish n chips are as good as any you'll find in the town. Try the soup of the day - invariably a delight. Cakes are marvellous - check out the Yorkshire Brack. Service is a high priority and is executed with aplomb by polite and attentive staff. Prices are very reasonable for such quality food. The shop on the ground floor stocks all your bakery requirements. Try the excellent scones and curd tart.
