DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS T-MOBILE!!!!! I went there on two separate occasions and had a horrible experience both times! I was switching from Sprint and wanted to trade in my iPhone 5c and get an iPhone 6. It was super crowded so I had to wait about 30 mins to be helped. ANTONY helped me and I THOUGHT he was doing a great job until I went in the 2nd time. I got another iPhone 6 for my brother and at the end he told us to "pick out some cases, they're included in the bundle". LIES!! We assumed that he was giving us a deal and they would be free. The total ended up being a little more than quoted but we assumed it was the taxes or something. NOPE!! We didn't notice until the bill came that we were actually financing them. I would never finance a $17 phone case!! Went back the NEXT DAY to try and return them and they claim we couldn't get our money back but only a bill credit. They also don't explain the reimbursement process correctly. They appraise your phone and put that amount on your bill, NOT on the Visa card. Now I have to pay an extra $67 to pay off my phone with the other carrier. I regret ever switching to them or even going into that store. The only reason they get 1 star bc Lilly the manager is very nice and always tried to help me.
